- Symphonie NI went into Puff City looking for something to relax my anxiety. Soon as I walked into the door I was greeted w/ a warm welcome by Chris!! He was super nice & very informative!! I love his customer service!! He listened to all my needs & concerns & gave his honest feedback. AMAZING!!!!! Based on customer service alone I will definitely be back!! The shop was very neat & clean as well. If you are looking for something to relax you after a long day of whatever, Puff City is the place to visit!! Oh yeah & ask for Chris!!!

- Shilpa RFamily/friend vibe, the staff that works here is so knowledgeable and friendly. The inside was very nice too with nice decor and lighting. If you're in the area this place is a good spot to check out!!
